Welcome to Soon To The Moon! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our puzzle games, including any in-app purchases and subscription plans ("the Games"), so please read them carefully. By using our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Games.

All content, features, and functionality provided by our Games, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, design, characters, audio, and user interface, are the intellectual property of Soon To The Moon and its licensors. 5. User Content
By submitting content (such as comments, reviews, or user-generated content) to our Games, you grant Soon To The Moon a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Games' operation.
